Skip the talent hunt
We source the crew and cast for your video shoot from our library of 100+ pre-vetted creatives across Australia, lock in your production day, and coordinate everything on set. You bring the script. We bring the people.
Crystal clear
Talent is invoiced separately at their day rate, so you only pay for the quality you actually need. We don't mark it up.

One videographer, two actors, sourced from a library of 100+ pre-vetted creatives across Australia. Production day scheduled. Everyone briefed. You show up to a fully-staffed shoot.
Talent day rates are quoted separately before you confirm. We don't mark them up.
Before you buy
We can scope larger crews. Just message us after purchase and we'll quote any extra cast or crew.
7–14 days notice is ideal. We can move faster than that but talent availability narrows the closer you get to the date.
Australia-wide — Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast and most major cities. If your shoot is in a regional area, get in touch and we'll confirm coverage before you buy.
Two ways — pick whichever's easier for your books.
Option A — we invoice for everything. Once you've picked your videographer and actors, we collect their day rates from you and pay them on your behalf. One invoice, one company to deal with. We own the relationship with the talent so you stay clean of the admin.
Option B — talent invoices you directly. We negotiate and confirm their day rate with you before they're booked, then they send you their invoice after the shoot. You'll get up to three invoices in total — ours ($650 coordination), the videographer's, and the actors' — but every rate is locked in before anyone shows up.
Either way, every talent rate is quoted to you upfront before you confirm. No surprises at the end of the shoot.
Here's how it works:
If something genuinely unavoidable comes up, message us first — we'd rather find a workable solution than write someone off.
Not as part of this product, but we can refer you to our network — or run the full production as part of an Earng Media campaign. Book a call to scope it.
Yes. Every videographer in our library brings their own camera, lighting and audio kit suitable for the brief you give us. If your shoot needs specific gear we don't usually carry (drone, gimbal stabiliser, multi-camera setup, etc.) we'll flag it and source it before the day — usually for an additional hire fee that we'll quote upfront.
Yes. Every actor signs a standard usage release as part of being booked, giving you the rights to use the footage in your business — social, paid ads, website, sales material, internal use. If you need specific carve-outs (talent buyout, exclusivity, broadcast TV use, etc.) we can negotiate those rates with the talent upfront. Don't film without confirming usage rights — it's the most common mistake we see.
Yes. If you've got someone in mind — from your own network, from a reel you've seen, or from a previous shoot — let us know in the brief and we'll reach out to them on your behalf. We just can't guarantee availability or rate. If they're not in our library yet, we'll vet them before they're on your shoot.
A full day is up to 8 hours on location, including setup and pack-down. If you need more time on the day, talent will charge an overtime hourly rate (usually around 15–20% of their day rate per hour). We always recommend planning your shoot list to land inside the 8 hours — it's the difference between everyone arriving energised and the second half feeling rushed.
Coordination is remote by default — we're contactable on the day if anything moves, but we're not physically on set. If you'd like an Earng Media producer on site running the shoot for you, we can add that as an extra service — just ask for a quote when you brief us.
